No. The link opens in any browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, and shows her the whole game with no account; a free account adds game notifications.
Yes, for everyone who follows. Only the person who logs the game needs a Team Hero plan, from $6.99 a month or $48.99 a year.
Anyone you send a live game link sees that game in full, player names included, so share it as you would any link to your kid’s games. Elsewhere in PlayState, player names appear only to signed-in people with access to that player. Live game and team pages are kept out of search engines. An athlete profile is private until you make it public, and a public profile opens only for people signed in to PlayState.
One parent or coach on the sideline, tapping the key moments on their phone, so nobody else has to text the score. The team owner can add one optional manager to log when they can’t be there.
Keep logging. Events, substitutions, and the game clock keep going on your phone, and everything sends by itself, in order, when the signal comes back. Supporters catch up then; while the signal is weak, they see a note that updates may be delayed. Open the game before you lose signal; the page can’t load without one.
