Subscriptions and payments
Visit Account → Billing to change your plan, cancel renewal, update your payment method or view invoices. For a payment problem or refund request, include your account email and invoice reference.
Account and privacy requests
Email us to request a correction or deletion, report inappropriate access, or raise a concern about a player’s information. Include the relevant team or match link and your relationship to the account or player. We may ask for information to verify your authority.
Keep sensitive information safe
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes or unnecessary personal information about children. Describe the issue first so we can help identify what is needed.
