Who operates PlayState

PlayState is operated by Keypress Works, LLC. These terms apply to use of the service. Our billing policy explains paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellation and refund requests. Our privacy notice describes how information is handled.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the legal age of adulthood where you live, use PlayState with your parent or guardian’s permission. Keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Team responsibilities

Team Owners control their teams and pay for their plan. An owner may appoint one optional Team Manager per team to help manage rosters and log matches. Free followers and anonymous visitors have more limited access. Only submit player information, images and other content you are authorized to share, and obtain any necessary permissions. Managing a team does not make you every player’s legal guardian.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give PlayState permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the service, including the features and sharing you use. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for team or match management.

Acceptable use

Do not harass others, impersonate people, disclose information without authorization, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Contact support to report a concern or request review of a restriction.

Subscriptions

Paid use is subject to the billing policy linked on this page. Review your plan, billing frequency, price and applicable tax before purchasing. Owners remain responsible for their subscriptions when they delegate team management.

Accuracy and availability

Match records depend on the information people enter. Statistics and AI-generated content may contain errors; review them before relying on or sharing them. Features may change and the service may be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You can stop using PlayState and cancel renewal in Account → Billing. Cancellation preserves team history and does not itself request deletion. You can delete your account in Account → Sign-in & security; this ends any subscription at once without a refund. Contact support for other data requests. We will identify updates to these terms by their revision date and provide notice of material changes where required.
